EMBLEM INTERIOR DESIGN is a family owned firm dedicated to providing outstanding design solutions, service and product for residential and commercial interiors through the lens of each client’s vision.  Our expertise with a focused design narrative is key to ensuring each project is met with a strategic, creative approach to achieve design excellence every time.  From initial concept through design development, construction, and final installation, Emblem ID utilizes the global marketplace as well as our trusted craftsmen to produce and procure furnishings, fabrics, lighting, and art that fit effortlessly with exceptional materials and finishes within each custom interior.  Established in 2021.

CHRIS MICHERO (Owner & Design Principal)

Chris has been in the Interior Design Industry for nearly two decades with a skill set that covers every aspect of the field. He’s found great success in leading design efforts & managing project development to maintaining great client relationships in many different countries, diverse cultures & varied regulations of protocol. His research-based approach is key to inspire each project's design narrative while mixing in local elements, art, & culture to create memorable interiors. His portfolio includes award winning new construction & historical renovations for Hospitality, Food & Beverage Venues & Private Residences.
Chris has designed properties for companies such as Marriott International (Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, Renaissance, JW), Intercontinental, Starwood, AC Hotels, Hilton & many luxury brands & unique, independent development companies. Past Projects include Fantasy Springs, the in-park luxury hotel at the 2.3 billion dollar ‘Land’ expansion at Disneyland & DisneySea in Tokyo, Japan; The Curtain Hotel & Members Club in London, England (Finalist: Hotel of the Year- Europe: The Ahead Awards in 2017), Taj Resort & Convention Centre on the Arabian Sea in Goa, India; The Josie Ski Resort & Spa in Rossland, Canada; The Suning Boutique Hotel in Nanjing, China; The St. Regis Resort in Bermuda; The Pearl Hotel & Spa in Rosemary Beach, Florida; The Zaza Hotel in Austin, Texas, The Virgin Hotel in Dallas, Texas, & The Stella Hotel in Bryan, Texas. Chris & his work have been featured in various magazines & publications such as Sleeper Magazine (International), Homes & Gardens (United Kingdom), Restaurant Development + Design, Texas Living, Hospitality Design, Premier Hospitality, Building Design + Construction, & Montecristo Magazine (British Columbia). 
Chris graduated with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Texas Christian University (TCU) & graduated from The Art Institute of Dallas with a bachelor’s in interior design (Magna Cum Laude).

MELISSA ROGERS ( Co-Founder & Design Principal ) Allied ASID, T.A.I.D., IICA, IDCEC.

After earning her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Texas Christian University (TCU), Melissa worked for two Design firms before starting her own firm, Melissa Rogers Interiors, in 1997.  Over the last twenty-five years, Melissa has designed both residential to commercial spaces.  She designed multiple new build and renovation for residences, large recreational ranch homes, lake and beach houses, and living quarters for an aircraft hangar. On the commercial side, Melissa designed lobbies for five Security Bank locations, offices for Purvis Operating Co., Bascom Mitchell Oil and Gas, Carrera Energy and Centers for Family and Children non-profit. She has worked with talented architects, builders, and general contractors throughout the years to create warm, functioning, and curated spaces for clients to enjoy.

KATIE ALLEN (Marketing/Business Development & Design Associate )

After graduating in 2009 from the Neely School of Business at Texas Christian University (TCU), Katie applied her Marketing and Supply & Value Chain business degrees to the advertising and marketing world. Years later with her marketing and sales experience, she decided to combine her business background with her love for design to manage a showroom at the Dallas Design Center. During her five plus years in the design industry, Katie has managed a multitude of custom orders from production through QC to shipment; maintained existing client relationships, grew and developed new relationships with Interior Designers in the South and Southeast territories of the country, and lastly helped with showroom renovations and layout.  In conjunction, Katie also assisted Melissa on a multitude of design projects.
